You can delete your Encord account at any time, for any reason. It's free, and it doesn't require contacting us first.
How to delete your account
Sign in, open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete account". Confirm in the dialog that appears. That's it, there's no waiting period and no retention offer to click through.
What is deleted
Your profile, photos, and messages are deleted immediately. Once it's done, it cannot be undone.
What is kept
Safety reports about your account are kept for 24 months so removed users can't simply return. Aggregate, non-identifying counts may be kept indefinitely. Our privacy policy covers retention in full.
Can't sign in?
If you can't access your account, email privacy@getencord.com from the address you signed up with and we'll help you delete it. We respond within 30 days.
