Sign-in trouble
We sign you in with a link or code sent to your email. Check spam and promotions folders, and make sure you open the link on the same device and browser you requested it from. If the link has expired, request a fresh one from the sign-in page. Still stuck? Email support@getencord.com.
Blocking and reporting
You can block anyone from their profile, a chat, or your Matches list. Blocking is immediate and they aren't told. Reporting sends the details to our team; after a report goes through we'll ask if you also want to block the person. For anything urgent, email safety@getencord.com.
Safety
Encord is 18+ only. Talk limits and safewords before you meet, meet somewhere public first, and tell a friend where you'll be. The safety page goes deeper. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then us at safety@getencord.com.
Deleting your account
Settings, then "Delete account" at the bottom. Your profile, photos, and messages are deleted immediately; safety reports about your account are kept for 24 months. Full details are on the delete account page. If you can't sign in, email privacy@getencord.com from your account address.
