These terms govern your use of Tethr. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Tethr.
1. Who can use Tethr
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts where you live. Tethr is a connection app for adults. We don't allow minors under any circumstances and will remove accounts we believe belong to someone under 18.
2. Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password safe. Don't impersonate others, share an account, or create accounts for someone else.
3. Behavior
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Consent is non-negotiable. Harassment, threats, hate, doxxing, and nonconsensual content get you removed.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Tethr a non-exclusive license to display it inside the app so it works as designed. Don't post anything illegal, anything featuring minors, or anything you don't have the right to share.
5. Safety isn't a guarantee
We verify users where we can and remove bad actors when we find them, but we can't fully vet anyone you meet. Use your judgment, negotiate, meet in public first, and trust your gut.
6. Subscriptions
Tethr+ renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings. Refunds follow the rules of the platform you bought through.
7. Ending things
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or our Guidelines.
8. Liability
Tethr is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in-app. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
